Terms & Conditions

1. Unboxing Video Required:

Customers must record a full unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully shown and tested (if applicable).

2. Warranty Validity:

The 7-day checking warranty is valid only if an unboxing video is provided.

3. No Video, No Warranty:

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Time Limit for Claims:

The unboxing video must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the package. Claims after this period will not be entertained.

5. Video Guidelines:

• Ensure the video is clear and continuous (no cuts or pauses).
• The package label with your name and address should be visible.
• Show the product from all angles and demonstrate any issues clearly (if any).

6. Accepted Issues Under Checking Warranty:

• Broken, damaged, or missing parts.
• Wrong product received.
• (Cosmetic issues due to misuse or after use are not covered.)

7. How to Submit the Video:

Send the unboxing video via our official support channel (WhatsApp or Messenger – as provided by the seller).

2. Standard Delivery Time

Standard delivery time for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is 4–6 working days.

3. Possible Delays

In case of unexpected delays or uncertain situations, delivery may take slightly longer.

4. Tracking

We provide tracking IDs for all shipments.

5. Faster Delivery

If you require faster delivery, we recommend placing your order with advance payment.

6. Alternate Courier Option
